Often it is assumed that the Ahlus Sunnah and the Shia agree on the principle sources of Islam, and that the differences between them thereafter are minutiae. This is false. Both groups are different in their principle beliefs, and principle sources. The theme of this book: The Science of Hadith, Between the Originailty of the Ahlus Sunnah and the Plagiarism of the Shia is to delineate these differences; it is a juxtaposition of the sources of the Ahlus Sunnah with that of the Shia, together with being an exposition of the primary sources of the Shia, their hadith terminology, their criteria of grading narrators, etc.
A must book for every beginner keen on understanding the workings of the Shia hadith legacy.
