We will now present some of his jurisprudic opinions for consideration. The fringe and verdicts of the Shia aren’t substantiated by any authentic narrations; they are aberrant and absurd.
Hereunder are of Khomeini’s verdicts
The water left over after cleansing from urine or stool is pure.[1]
The nullifiers of salah are as follows. First, to be in a state of impurity. Second, Takfir, which is placing one hand on top of the other as others do. It is okay to do so when making Taqiyyah.[2]
Saying amin after completing the Fatihah, except when making Taqiyyah in which case it is fine.[3]
This means that they consider our salah—the Ahlus Sunnah—to be invalid. It is therefore impossible for them to pray behind the Ahlus Sunnah except by making Taqiyyah. One should also consider the choice of words used by Khomeini when he says ‘as others do’.
Amongst the requirements for the salah being valid is purity of the place the forehead touches during sajdah, not any other place. Thus, there is no problem if any of the other places are impure.[4]
The well-known and strong opinion is that it is permissible to commit the act of sodomy with one’s wife.[5]
It is permissible to marry a woman and her paternal aunt or a woman and her maternal aunt with the wife’s permission. It is also permissible to marry both the paternal and maternal aunt.[6]

[5] Tahrir al Wasilah, vol. 2 pg. 241. We, the Ahlus Sunnah are convinced through avenues of irrefutable evidence that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam prohibited the act of sodomy. We are sure of its impermissibility. Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:
Whoever has intercourse with a menstruating woman, or with a woman in her rear, or who goes to a fortuneteller and believes what he says, he has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad.
This narration has been recorded by the Four books of Sunan except al Nasa’i. He has recorded it in al ‘Asharah as well as al Darami and Ahmed with the wording of the latter. The chain of narration is authentic. See Sahih al Jami’ al Saghir, no. 5818 and Irwa’ al Ghalil, no. 2006.
