The narration is da’if. There are many majhul narrators therein.
‘Abdullah ibn Muawiyah
- Majhul al hal (condition unknown) in narrating.
- Ibn Hazm commented on him, “He had a corrupt religion, a mu’attil[1]. Accompanied the atheists.”
Salih ibn Muawiyah
- Has no documented biography.
Muhammad ibn Ismail ibn Jafar
- Majhul
As a result, al Haythami remarked, “There are narrators therein who I do not recognise.”[2]
