Theme Four: The companionship of Abu Bakr al Siddiq During the Hijrah and the Divine Help of the Angels

The translation of both narrations is that ‘Ali narrates that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam asked Jibril ‘alayh al Salam, “Who will migrate with me?” He replied, “Abu Bakr who is al Siddiq (the truthful).”[1]

The translation of both narrations is that ‘Ali is reported to have said, “On the day of the Battle of Badr, Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam told me and Abu Bakr, “with one of you is Jibril and with the other is Mika’il. And Israfil is a great angel who witnesses the battle and is present in the row.”[2]

Note:- The point of note here is that all these narrations have been transmitted to us via the transmission of ‘Ali radiya Llahu ‘anhu himself. Any person with an unbiased disposition will be able to discern that they are indubitable evidences of the love and veneration that existed between Abu Bakr and ‘Ali radiya Llahu ‘anhuma.
