Those who had the honour of being from the Sahabah and the Ahlul Bayt

 

Among the men: ‘Abbas, Hamzah, Jafar, ‘Ali, Hassan, Hussain, ‘Abdullah ibn Jafar, Muhammad ibn Jafar, Abu Sufyan ibn Harith, Nawfal, Rabi’ah, ‘Ubaidah from the tribe of Banu Harith ibn Abdul Muttalib, the children of ‘Abbas ibn Abdul Muttalib, and ‘Aqil ibn Abi Talib radiya Llahu ‘anhum.

Among the women: The daughters of Rasul Allah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: Fatimah, Ruqayyah, Umm al Kulthum, Zainab. The grand daughters of Rasul Allah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: Umm al Kulthum and Zainab who are the daughters of ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib. The wives of Rasul Allah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: Khadijah, Saudah, Aisha, Hafsah, Zainab bint Khuzaimah, Umm Salamah Hind bint Abi Umayyah, Zainab bint Jahsh, Juwairiyah al Mustalaqiyyah, Umm Habibah Ramlah bint Abi Sufyan, Safiyyah bint Huyay ibn Akhtab, and Maimunah bint al Harith. The aunts of Rasul Allah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: Safiyyah, Arwa, Atikah. The daughters of his uncles: Umm Hani’ bint Abi Talib, Durrah bint Abi Lahab, among others radiya Llahu ‘anhunna.[1]
