بساط نشاط بگیتے بچیں

بیا ساقی ای رشک خلد بریں

سبو بر سبو شیشہ بر شیشہ ریز

زخم بادہ بے فکر و اندیشہ ریز

زخورشید جام و زمہ نیم جام

فرود آر ازیں طاق فیروزہ فام
بہ دور و بہ نزدیک در دہ صلا

بکن راز پوشیدہ را برملا

وزاں نم بعیش مدامم فگن

ازاں مے نمے ہم بکامم فگن
کہ جو شد ز خورشید نورم ز لب

چناں مست کن زاں مے پر طرب

فروزد بدینگو نہ روشن چراغ

دریں بزم ساقی بنور ایاغ

بر آمد رسول خدا از وثاق

کہ کردند اصحاب چوں اتفاق

چو سوۓ حرم سید المرسلیں

رواں شد بتائید دیان دیں
کہ بیروں زود از بر آسماں

پالید از بس زمیں شد گماں

چو خورشید ہر ذرہ افروخت چہر

زشادی برقص اندر آمد سپہر
بفرق ہما یوں بگستردہ پر

ہمی رفت جبریل بالائی سر

شیاطین ز ہیبت شدہ پاش پاش

ملائک چپ و راست در دور باش
بہ پیشش علی صاحب ذو الفقار

بہ پہلو رواں حمزہ نام دار

حمائل ہماں تیغ کیں بر کمر

ہمیں رفت در پیش حیدر عمر
برفتند ز نیساں بہ بیت الحرام

بگرد آمدہ جمع یاراں تمام

رسانید چوں گرد موکب رسید

جدار حرم سر بعرش مجید
نمودند باہم بسے قیل و قال

چودیدند کفار زاں گونہ حال

بد و گفت ایں چیست ای بد گہر

یکی رفت از انہا بہ نزد عمر
بکیں رفتی و بانیاز آمدی

نہ ز انساں کہ رفتی تو باز آمدی

پس آنگہ باو گفت اے نا بکار

عمر کرد اسلام خود آشکار
بہ بیند سر خویش بر پای خویش

ہران کزشما جنبداز جای خویش

کہ در در چہ دارند آں انجمن

چوں کفار در یافتنداز سخن
نہادند پادر رہ امتناع

نمودند با اہل ملت نزاع

ہمہ دست بردند بر تیغ کیں

چوں دیدند آں صحبت اصحاب دین
دلیران دیں مسجد آرا شدند

ازاں حال کفار پس پاشدند

نمودند یاراں باو اقتدا

بہ پیش اندر آمد رسول خدا
فتادند اصنام بر روۓ ہم

نبی گفت تکبیر چوں در حرم

ادا کرد و آمد سوۓ خانہ باز

ز تائید ایزد بمسجد نماز

Come O butler! Spread the dynamic bedding of eternal bliss. Let the wine flow from the earthen pot without fear and hesitation and fill up the glasses and mugs. Take a turquoise arch from the sky and a cup from the sun and a half a cup from the moon. Disclose the secret and give an open invitation far and wide. Drop a few droplets of that wine in my mouth as well and give me a perpetual taste of it. Intoxicate me with the wine so that my lips glitter with its heat. The butler lightens the lamp of effulgence and perfumes this gathering. When the Sahabah agreed, Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam was supported. When the leader of the Rusul (Rusul) salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam set off to the haram, the earth began to shake and it felt that it would lift above the skies. The sky was dancing out of joy as if the sun was making its every atom brighter. Jibril ‘alayh al Salam was walking above shading them with his wings and the angels were on his flanks. And the shayateen were crumbling out of fear. Hamzah was walking on the side of Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam and ‘Ali, the owner of Dhu al Fiqar, was in front of him with ‘Umar walking in front of him with sword hanging on his back. All the other Sahabah surrounded Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. With this glory and splendour, they marched to the Bayt al Haram (Ka’bah). The walls of the Haram’s head reached the Elevated Thrown. When this group reached and the kuffar saw them, they began whispering among themselves. One of them went up to ‘Umar and asked, “What’s this all about? You have returned a different man. You went in a fit of rage and return with this splendour?” ‘Umar announced his Islam in front of all and addressed them saying, “O hopeless! If anyone of you dare moves an inch, he will find his head by his feet!” The kuffar understood what was in the hearts of these men, hence they desired to prevent them and fight them. The Muslims accompanying Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam divined the kuffar’s evil intentions and unsheathed their swords. The kuffar saw this and retreated. Those brave men of Islam then beautified the Masjid with their prostrations. Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam entered first, followed by the Sahabah. As Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam raised his voice with takbir, the idols toppled over. They performed salah in the Masjid with Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala help and then returned home.

 

O Shia! Look at this narration and ponder over it deeply. The person who embraces Islam with such splendour, honour and glory, who can ever think that he is a hypocrite or insincere or turned apostate after bringing iman? Will Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam ever be sad due to this person or consider him an enemy of Islam and a hypocrite? How quickly Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala accepted the supplication Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam made on his behalf and how swiftly it became manifest that the first thing that happened after he accepted iman is that salah was performed in congregation by the Ka’bah and the last thing that transpired was that the word of kufr in the Roman Empire, Greater Syria, Aleppo and Damascus was destroyed and the word of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala reigned supreme. The honour of Islam began at his hands and ended at his hands. Now this is called a supplication and this is termed acceptance.

Have a just approach and abandon your prejudice and bigotry. The personality who was the cause of 1036 kufr cities coming under the banner of Islam, thousands of temples and churches being converted into Masajid, Allah Akbar being shouted in the palaces of Kisra and Qaisar and their daughters becoming the slave girls of the Muslims and who was the reason for the elimination of the darkness of kufr and the light of Islam spreading from East to West; is he a hypocrite according to you and labelled an enemy of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala and His Rasul salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam? Then who is the friend of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala and the lover of Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam? If it had not been for Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu, then what would your Qiblah and Ka’bah be while shouting “‘Ali! ‘Ali!” in Lucknow or perhaps you would have been shouting “Ram! Ram!” in Ajodhya. It is only through the blessings of Sayyidina ‘Umar’s radiya Llahu ‘anhu shoes that you are aware of Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala oneness and Rasulullah’s salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam nubuwwah, and abandoned kufr and are conscious of Islam and iman. Shame upon your ingratitude! You have considered hatred for him as iman. You have labelled the one who demolished kufr’s foundation and fixed Islam’s lance as a hypocrite and disbeliever. The reality is that when shaitan saw that kufr cannot spread and people cannot be trapped in clear cut shirk after accepting Islam, he devised a plan to plant kufr in people’s heart from another angle and take them out of the fold of Islam notwithstanding their claim to be Muslims. He devised this sinister plan and established the belief of rafd[1] in people’s hearts. He put the hatred of those — who helped and assisted Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, who spread Islam and from whose shadow shaitan ran away — in the hearts so that his objective can be reached and people can have an aversion to Islam or that they call themselves Muslims outwardly but have actually forsaken it. The objective of the accursed has been perfectly accomplished by the Shia. The perpetual wretched has blinded their hearts to such an extent that they think evil of those great Sahabah radiya Llahu ‘anhum and friends of Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam believing that hating them is iman and swearing them is worship. The truth is that they have renounced iman and have held onto shaitan’s tail. Otherwise, will not the one who has a little intelligence think that if the one who accepted iman with such glory was a disbeliever and the one who spread Islam from Arabia to the non-Arabs right until India is Islam’s enemy, then who else can be a Muslim? No doubt, he will have misgivings about Islam. The actuality is that a person cannot believe in true Islam until he does not abandon Shia beliefs and does not become a pure Sunni.

وَاللّٰهُ یَهْدِیْ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ اِلٰی صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ

And Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path.[2]

 

I feel it appropriate to mention something else to the Shia at this point so that the ‘beauty’ of their belief becomes apparent to them and their hatred for Islam and iman is established.

It has been proven that din was strengthened and Islam took root due to Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu. The author of Hamlah Haydariyyah has acknowledged this notwithstanding his malice:

 

وزاں بیشتر یافت دیں تقویت

 

And it is evident that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam will have ardent love for the personality who strengthened din. On the contrary, Shia narrations suggest that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam harboured the highest amount of hatred for him, he was extremely elated when he heard the news of his death, and he mentioned so much of virtue concerning the day Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu was martyred that so many virtues have not been mentioned about Jumu’ah, ‘Id or the Day of Ghadir and the Ahlul Bayt did not enjoy that abundance of blessings and favours as they enjoyed on the day Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu passed away. Mulla Baqir Majlisi has blackened the pages of Zad al Ma’ad — considered a reliable Shia book — by recording an extremely lengthy narration in section 1 of chapter 18 of this book thereby blackening his book of deeds. I will present the gi’st of it:

 

حذیفہ بر پیغمبر وارد شد، روز نہم ربیع الاول بود، پیغمبر ہمراہ با علی بن ابیطالب علیہ السلام و حسنین علیہما السلام مشغول تناول طعام بودند، حضرت بہ روی آنان تبسم می کرد و بہ حسنین می فرمود: بخورید کہ در این روز اعمال شیعیانتان مقبول می شود، و درستی کلام خدا آشکار می شود آنجا کہ می فرماید: «فتلک بیوتهم خاویة بما ظلموا» یعنی ایں است خانہای ایشاں کہ خالی گدیدہ ست بسپ ستمہای ایشاں بخورید کہ ایں روزیست کہ شکستہ می شود دریں روز شوکت جد شما و یاری کںدہ جد شماو یاری کںدہ دشمن شما نجورید کہ ایں روزیست کہ ہلاک میشود دریں روز فرعون اہل بیت من و ستم کںدہ بر ایشاں و غصب کںدہ حق ایشاں بخورید کہ ایں روزیست کہ حق تعالی عملہاۓ دشمنان شمارا باطل دہبا میگرداند حذیفہ گفت کہ یا رسول اللہ آیا در میان امت تو کسی خواہد بود کہ ہتک ایں حرمتہا نماید حضرت فرمود کہ ای حذیفہ بتی از منافقاں برایشاں سر گروہ خواہد شد و دعوی ریاست درمیان یاشاں خواہد کرد و مردم را بسوی خود دعوت خواہد نمود و کتاب خدا را تحریف خواہد نمود و سنت مرا تغیر خواہد گرفت و مردم را ازراہ خدا منع متصرف خواہد شد و خودرا پیشواۓ مردم خواند و زیادتی بر وصی من علی بن ابی طالب خواہد کرد و مالہاۓ خدا را بنا حق بر خود حلال خواہد کرد و در غیر طاعت خدا صرف خواہد کرد و مراد بر اور من و وزیر من علی بن ابی طالبرا بدروغ نسبت خواہد داد و دختر مرا از خود محروم خواہد گردانید پس دختر من اورانفریں خواہد کرد و حق تعالی نفریں اورا مستجاب خواہد کرد حذیفہ گفت یا رسول اللہ چرا دعا نمی کنی حق تعالی اورا در حیات شما ہلاک کندہ حضرت فرمود کہ اے حذیفہ دوست نمید ارم کہ جرات کنم بر قضای خدا و از و طلب کنم تغیر امرے را کہ در علم او گزشتہ است و لیکن از حق تعالی سوال کردم کی فضیلت دہد آنروز را کہ دراں روز اوبجہنم میر ود بر سائر روزہا تا آنکہ احترام آں روز سنتے گرڈ و درمیان دوستان من و شیعیان اہل بیت من پس حق تعالی وحی کرد بسوی من کہ اے محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم در علم سابق من گزشتہ است کہ دریا بد تراو اہل بیت ترا مختہا و بلاۓ دنیا و ستمہاۓ منافقاں و غصب کںد گان از بند گان من آں منافقاں کہ تو خیر خیر خواہی ایشاں کردی و با تو خیانت کردند و تو با ایشاں راستی کردے و ایشاں با تو مکر کردند و تو با ایشاں صاف بودی ایشاں دشمنی ترا بدل گرفتند و تو ایشاں را خشنود کردی و ایشاں ترا تکذیب کردند و تو ایشاں را بر گزیدی و ایشاں ترا در ملبہ گزاشتند و قسم یادمیکنم بحول و قوت و باد شاہی خود کہ البتہ بکشایم بر روۓ کسیکہ غصب کند حق علی را کہ وصی تست بعد از تو ہزار دراز پس ترین طبقات حہنم کہ آنرا فیلوق می گویند و اورا و اصحاب اورا در قعر جہنم جادہم کہ شیطان از مرتبہ خود براو مشرف شود و اورا … می کند و آں منافق در روز قیامت عبرتے گردانم براۓ فرعونہا کہ در زمانہاۓ پیغمبران دیگر بودند و براۓ سائر دشمنان دین و ایشاں و دوستان ایشاں را بسوی جہنم برم و با دیدہاۓ کبود و روہاۓ ترش با نہایت مذلت و خواری و بہ پشیمانی ایشاں را ابد الآباد در عذاب خود بدارم اے محمد نمیر سا علی بمنزلت تو مگر آنچہ میر سد باو از بلاہا از فرعون اور غصب کںدہ حق او کہ جرأت میکند بر من و کلام مرا بدل می کند و شرک بمن می آورد و مردم را منع میکنداز راہ رضاۓ من و گو سالہ از براۓ امت تو برا میکند کہ آں ابو بکر است و کافر میشود بمن در عرش عظمت و جلال من بدرستیکہ کہ من امر کردہ ام ملائکہ ہفت آسماں خدرا کہ براۓ شیعیان و محبان دین شما عید کںد آں روزے را کہ آں … کشتہ میشود امر کردم کہ کرسی کرامت مرا نصب کںد در برابر بیت المعمور و ثنا کںد بر من و طلب آمرزش نمانید براۓ شیعیان و محبان شما از فرزندان آدم و امر کردہ ام ملائکہ نویسند گان اعمال را کہ ازیں روز تا سہ روز قلم از مر دم بردازند و نہ نویسند گناہان ایشاں را براۓ کرامت تو وصی تو اے محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم ایں روز را عیدے گردایندم براۓ تو و اہل بیت تو و براۓ ہر کہ تابع ایشاں باشد از مومنان و شیعیان ایشاں و سو گند یادمیکنم بعزت و جلال خود و علو منزلت و مکان خود کو عطا کنم کسے را کہ عید کند ایں روز را از براۓ من ثواب آنہا کہہ بد در عرش احاطہ کردہ اند و قبول کنم شفاعت اور از خویشاں و زیادہ کنم مال اور اگر کشادگی دہد بر خود و بر عیال خود و دریں روز و ہر سال در ایں روز ہزار کس از موالیان و شیعیان شما را از آتش جہنم آزاد گردانم و اعمال ایشاں را قبول کنم و گناہان ایشاں را بیا مرزم حذیفہ گفت پس بر خواست حضرت رسول خدا و بخانہ ام سلمہ رفت و من بر گشتم و صاحب یقین بودم در کفر عمر تا آنکہ بعد از وفات حضرت رسول دیدم کہ او چہ فتنہا برانگیخت و کفر اصلی خود را اظہار کرد و ازیں دین بر گشت و دامان بے حیائی و وقاحت برای غصب امامت و خلافت برزد و قران را تحریف کرد و آتش در خانہ وحی رسالت زد و بدعتہا در دین خدا پیدا کرد و ملت پیغمبر را تغیر داد و سنت آنحضرت را بدل کرد و شہادت حضرب امیر المومنین را رد کرد و فاطمہ دختر رسول خدا را بد روغ نسبت داد و فدک را غصب کرد و یہود و نصاری مجوس را از خود راضی کرد و نورد یدہ مصطفی را نجشم آورد و رضا جوۓ اہل بیت رسالت نہ کرد و جمیع سنتہای رسول خدا را بر طرف کرد و تدبیر کشتن امیر المومنین کرد و جور و ستم درمیانہ مردم علانیہ کرد و ہز چہ خدا حلال کردہ بود حرام کرد و ہر چہ حرام کردہ بود حلال کرد و حکم کرد کہ از پوست شتر درہم و دینار بسازند و خرچ کںد و جر بڑو و شکم فاطمہ زہرا زد و بر منبر حضرت رسالت بغضب و جور بالا رفت و بر حضرت امیر المومنین افترا بست و بآنحضرت معارضہ کرد رای آنحضرت را بسفاہت نستب داد حذیفہ گفت پس حق تعالی دعاۓ بر گزیدہ خود و دختر پیغمبر خود را در حق آنمنافق مستجاب گردانید و قتل اورا بر و سنت کشندہ اورحمتہ اللہ جاری ساخت پس رفتیم بخدمت حضرت امیر المومنین کہ آنحضرت را تہنیت و مبارک باد بگوئیم بآنکہ آن منافق کشتہ شد و بعذاب حق تعالی و اصل گردید چوں حضرت مرادید فرمود ای حذیفہ آیا در خاطر داری آں روزے را کہ آمدی بنزد سید من رسول و من و دو سبط من حسن و حسین نزد او نشستہ بودیم و با و طعام میخوردیم پس ترا دلالات کرد بر فضیلت ایں روز گفتم بلے ای بر در رسول حضرت فرمود بخدا سو گند کہ ایں روزیست کہ حق تعالی دراں دیدئہ آل رسول را روشن گردانید و من براۓ ایں روز ہفتاد دو نام میدانم حذیفہ گفت کہ یا امیر المومنین میخواہم کہ آں نا مہارا از تو بشنوم حضرت فرمود کہ ایں روز استراحت ست کہ مومناں از شرآں منافق استراحت یافتند و روز زائل شدن کرب و غم است و روز غدیر دوم ست و روز تخفیف گناہان شیہیانست و ردوز اختیار نکوئی براۓ مومناں ست و روز برداشتن قلم از شیعیانست و روز برہم شکستن بناۓ کفر و عدوانست و روز عافیت ست و روز برکت ست و روز طلب کردن خونہائی مومناں ست و روز عید برزک خدا ست و روز مستجاب شدن دعاست و روز موقف اعظم ست و روز وفاۓ بعہدست و روز شرط ست و روز کندن جامہ سیاہست و روز ندامت ظالمست و روز شکستہ شدن شوکت مخالفانست و روز نفی ہموم ست و روز فتح ست و روز عرض اعلما آں کافرست و روز ظہور قدرت خداست و روز عفو گناہان شیعیان ست و روز فرح اشانست و روز توبہ ست و روز انابت ست بسوی حق تعالی و روز زکوت بزرک و روز قطر دوم ست و روز اندوہ باغیانست و روز گرہ شدن آب دہاں در گلوی مخالفانست و روز خوشنودی مومنانست و روز عید اہل بیت ست و روز ظفر یافتن بنی اسرائیل بر فرعونست و روز مقبول شدن اعمال شیعیانست و روز پیش فرستادن تصدقات ست و روز زیادتی مثوبانست و روز قتل منافق ست و روز وقت معلوم ست و روز سرور اہل بیت ست و روز مشہود ست و روز قہر بر دشمن ست و روز خراب شدن بنیان ضلالت ست و روزیست کہ ظالم انگشت ندامت بدنداں میگزد و روز بیتہ ست و روز شرفست و روز خنک شدن دلہای مومنان ست و روز شہادت ست و روز در گزشتن از گناہ مومناں ست و روز تازگی بوستاں اہل ایمانست و روز شیرینی کام ایشانست و روز خوشی دلہای مومنا ست و روز بر طف شدن پاداشاہی منافقانست و روز توفیق اہل ایمانست و روز رہائی مومنان ست از شر کافراں اور از مظاہر تست و روز مفخرت ست و روز یاری مظلومانست و روزیارت کردن مومنانست و روز محبت کردن ایشانست و روز رسیدن برحمتہاۓ الہی ست و روز پاک گردانیدن اعمال ست و روز فاش کردن راز ست و روز بر طرف شدن بدعتہا ست و روز ترک کردن گناہان کبیرہ ست و روز ندا کردن بحق ست و روز عبادت ست و روزموعظت و نصیحت ست و روز انقیاد پیشوایان دین ست حذیفہ گفت کہ پس از خدمت امیر المومنین بر خاستم و گفتم اگر جرنیا بم از اعمال و افعال خیر و آنچہ امید ثواب دارم ازاں اگر محبت ایں روز دانستن فضیلت ایں را ہر آئینہ منتہای آرزوی من خواہد بود پس محمد و یحیی راویان حدیث گفتند کہ چوں ایں حدیث را از احمد بن اسحق شنیدیم ہریک بر خواستیم و سر اور ابو سیدیم و گفتیم حمد و شکر میکنیم خداوندی را کہ برانگیخت ترا از براۓ ماتا آنکہ فضیلت ایں روز را بمار سانیدی پس بخانہای خود بر گشتیم و ایں روز را عید کردیم (زاد المعاد از ملا باقر مجلسی متن مع فتاوی حجۃ الاسلام جناب مرزا محمد حسن نجفی دام ظلہ العالی علی حسن تصحیح Hudhayfah ibn Yaman radiya Llahu ‘anhu narrates, “I went to Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam on the 9th of Rabi’ al Awwal and found Amir al Mu’minin ‘Ali Murtada, Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain radiya Llahu ‘anhum by him partaking of meals. Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam was extremely happy as he addressed his grandsons, “Eat! Eat with relish. This food is blessed since today is the day when Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala will destroy His enemy and your grandfather’s enemy and answer the supplication of your compassionate mother. Eat with relish son since today is the day when Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala will accept the actions of your group and your lovers. Eat my son, eat since on this day Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala will destroy the Pharaoh of my household. Eat with relish son since Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala will destroy the actions of your enemy on this day. Eat my son, for on this day the statement of Allah will be manifested.”

 

فَتِلْكَ بُیُوْتُهُمْ خَاوِیَةً ۢ بِمَا ظَلَمُوْاؕ اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰیَةً لِّقَوْمٍ یَّعْلَمُوْنَ

So those are their houses, desolate because of the wrong they had done. Indeed in that is a sign for people who know.[3]

 

Hudhayfah says that he asked, “O Rasulullah! Will there be such a person in your ummah?” Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam replied, “Yes. There will be a beast who will be the leader of the hypocrites. He will claim authority and hold the whip of oppression and tyranny in his hands. He will prevent people from Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala way and will interpolate the Book of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala. He will change my sunnah and oppress my wasi[4], ‘Ali. He will unjustly sanction Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala wealth for himself and spend it in His disobedience. He will label me and my brother, ‘Ali, as liars.” Hudhayfah said, “If he is so evil, why do you not curse him so that he is destroyed in your lifetime?” Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam answered, “I do not dare to interfere with Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala decree. Whatever He has ordained is in His knowledge, I do not ask Him to change it. However, I plead to Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala to give virtue to that day and give more honour to it than other days.” Accordingly, Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala accepted his supplication and revealed to him, “O Rasul! I give virtue to that day and grant ‘Ali a rank similar to yours due to the oppression he will endure. That man will display audacity, change My speech, ascribe partners to Me, prevent people from My path and appear before Me with disbelief. I have thus commanded the angels of the seven skies to ordain the day when he is killed as a day of festivity for the Shia and lovers and elevate My chair of honour to the lofty level of the Bayt al Ma’mur and pray for the forgiveness of all the Shia. I have ordered all the angels to lift the pens for three days from that day from all men and not to write any sin no matter how grave the sin may be. O Muhammad! I have made that day an ‘Id for you and your Shia.”

 

O believers! Look at this filthy narration and cry over the iman and intelligence of the Shia. It is not surprising for the earth to split and swallow them, for the lightning to strike and burn them and for a hurricane to utterly destroy them. How they have slandered Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam and fabricated against Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala beloved in this narration! May Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala punish that nation for this slander whose eyes are blind, whose ears are deaf and whose hearts and sealed. This verse aptly applies to them:

 

وَلَقَدْ ذَرَاْنَا لِجَهَنَّمَ کَثِیْرًا مِّنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِۖ ؗ لَهُمْ قُلُوْبٌ لَّا یَفْقَهُوْنَ بِهَاؗ وَلَهُمْ اَعْیُنٌ لَّا یُبْصِرُوْنَ بِهَاؗ وَلَهُمْ اٰذَانٌ لَّا یَسْمَعُوْنَ بِهَاؕ اُولٰٓئِكَ کَالْاَنْعَامِ بَلْ هُمْ اَضَلُّؕ اُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْغٰفِلُوْنَ

And We have certainly created for Hell many of the jinn and mankind. They have hearts with which they do not understand, they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear. Those are like livestock; rather, they are more astray. It is they who are the heedless.[5]

 

The fabricator of this narration has mentioned every speck of kufr and attributed every type of lie and slander against Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. Who will ever believe that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam is so distressed by him that he expresses such joy at his death and regards the day of his demise to be superior to ‘Id al Fitr, ‘Id al Adha and ‘Id al Ghadir. The same man who Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam supplicated for. Who Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam prayed for as narrated by Imam al Baqir rahimahu Llah:

 

اللهم اعز الاسلام بعمر بن الخطاب

O Allah strengthen Islam with ‘Umar ibn al Khattab.

 

The one in whose favour Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala answered his supplication. The one who as soon as he accepted iman, established the flag of Islam by the Ka’bah and prepared Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam to march to the Ka’bah. The one who spent his entire life in Rasulullah’s salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam love and obedience and in the spreading of Islam. The one who did not enjoy the pleasures of this world. The one who sacrificed his life in Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala path.

And Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala is so overjoyed that He orders that the pens which record the sins should be lifted for three days and grants permission to the Shia to do whatever they wish in this period whether fornication, drinking wine, demolishing Masajid, burning the Qur’an and they will not be held accountable. The Kiraman Katibin[6] are on standby; not writing. If they won’t fulfil their base desires in this time then when will they?

For Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala sake, apply your mind and think. Look at how far shaitan has deviated the sect — who are enemies to their intellect and enemies to iman — from Islam. Glory be to Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala! Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala is pure! What a religion and creed that on one hand people perform salah for years on end until they die, fast for thirty days in the heat and bear the pangs of hunger and thirst and travel thousands of miles withstanding all the difficulties of journey to reach the Ka’bah and perform hajj while on the other hand the Shia sit in their homes committing fornication and adultery, drinking wine, eating sweetmeats on the 9th of Rabi’ al Awwal on the name of their hero and devouring accursed food, yet the latter attains more reward than the former!?

Look at the justice of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala (according to them). Most probably it is for this reason that they believe Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala to be just and regard justice as one of the five principles of din. If this is iman and love for the Ahlul Bayt, then shame and regret on such iman and love. If believers and lovers are such people, then destruction to them:

 

گر ولی ایں ست لعنت بر ولی

If this is a friend, then curse on friendship.

 

If this fabrication is considered authentic, it will have to be accepted that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam would observe Taqiyyah and would fear the kuffar. In fact he would fear his own friends and would not express what is in his heart out of fear. Had he not been afraid, then why did he allow such an enemy of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala and His Rasul salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam like Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu to sit in his company upon whose demise he is over the moon and whose day of demise he considers to be superior to Jumu’ah and ‘Id and who he labels as the Pharaoh of his household members? Why did he take him as a companion and why does he ask his advice and opinions all the time? Can anyone fathom that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam would practice Taqiyyah whereas it is his duty to guide mankind, covey to them the commands of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala and make them aware of good and evil? Is it possible that he could not take the name of ‘Umar out of fear for his life? Is it possible that notwithstanding understanding him to be the enemy of his din, he intentionally did not evict him from his company and did not expose his kufr and hypocrisy openly to the people? Leave this aside, he did not even tell the inmates of his house who asked him and spoke ambiguously all the time. Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam tells Sayyidina Hudhayfah radiya Llahu ‘anhu the whole story but does not take Sayyidina ‘Umar’s radiya Llahu ‘anhu name. In fact, he does not answer him clearly when he asks. He only mentions his qualities and then remains silent. Even if he told Sayyidina Hudhayfah radiya Llahu ‘anhu his name, he commanded him to keep it secret.

The Shia are shocking! They blacken the name of Muslims. They slander Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam so nastily and are not at all ashamed of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala and His Rasul salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. May curse be on this vile Taqiyyah from which no one is saved to the extent that they level the accusation of Taqiyyah on Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam whereas their scholars have declared that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam does not practice Taqiyyah. In fact, he is prohibited from practicing it. I will discuss this in the Taqiyyah discussion. If Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam used to practice Taqiyyah and would fear the kuffar and would not speak the truth, then how did din continue and how did Islam spread and how did people believe in his truthfulness? Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam did not practice Taqiyyah in the early stages of nubuwwah, but openly mentioned the evil of the kuffar notwithstanding their persecution and did not stop badmouthing their idols and withstood all types of oppression due to this. After hijrah and after jihad was ordained, Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam killed the kuffar and mushrikin and declared the blood of the one whose killing was necessary as useless and incited people to kill such persons by clearly mentioning their names. On the other hand, Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam did not separate Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu from his merciful embrace notwithstanding that he understood that there was no kafir or hypocrite and no enemy of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala and Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam greater than him. He only praised him and never ever spoke an evil word about him. It is evident from this that there was no fear greater than this. And who can practice more Taqiyyah than Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam?

I will present some poetry from Hamlah Haydariyyah which shows that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam exposed the vices of the kuffar and defamed their idols and gods and did not care the least about it. And notwithstanding people advising him otherwise, he persisted upon this.

بیارند خورشید را ترجماں

بفر مود اگر قوم از آسماں
نہ بندم لب از امر پروردگار

گزارند بردشت من ہدیہ وار

بجز لعن آباۓ گم کردہ راہ

بجز طعن اصنام و وصف الہ
اگر نیک داںد اگر بد برند

زمن قوم حرف دگر نشنوند

Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam declared, “If the people were to bring the sun and place it in my hands, I will not keep my mouth quiet and will continue defaming the idols and praising Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala as per divine command. They will only hear the defamation of deviated statues from me whether they like it or not.”

 

The same author writes concerning the open propagation of Rasulullah’s salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam da’wah:

کمر بستہ در کار خود سخت چست

بدعوت شد آمادہ تراز نخست
نہ تنگ آمداز جور بیداد خلق

نیا سودیکدم زار شاد خلق

نمودے بحق قوم خود را طلب

بہ صبح و بشام و بروز و بہ شب
نہ از لعن بر زمرہ کافراں

نہ از طعن اصنام بستے زباں

نمودی ادا آشکارا نماز

نہ کردی ازاں ناکساں احتراز
در احوال آباۓ آں گمرہاں

چو در شان قومی شقاوت نشاں

بسوی نبی جبرئیل امیں

زنزد خداۓ جہاں آفریں
بخواندےبر ایشاں نبی بے حجاب

رسانیدے آیات قہر و عقاب

فتادی ازاں غصہ آتش بجاں

شدی خوں ازیں غم دل مشرکاں
بدست و زباں باشہ انبیاء

تلافے نمودندے آں اشقیاء

نبی را ازیشاں نہ بد ہیچ باک

و لیکن بتائید یزدان پاک
خداۓ جہاں را چناں می ستود

بد انساں کہ در کار خود بود بود

Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam prepared himself to propagate Islam like never before. He equipped himself to fulfil his mission with force. He did not take a break from inviting the creation to guidance and did not give up notwithstanding the persecution of the oppressive creation. He continued calling his people to the truth from morning till night. He did not stop defaming the idols and criticising the kuffar nor protect himself from those despicable lot but performed salah openly. When the Creator of the universe would reveal verses of punishment and wrath via Jibril ‘alayh al Salam regarding their wretchedness and their misguided statues, Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam would recite it to them without any hesitation which would break the mushrikin’s hearts and would infuriate them. Those wretched souls would persecute Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam to get revenge. However, Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam did not fear them for Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala help was with him. The person who is fully determined praises Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala in this manner.

 

O Shia! Ponder over the propagation, advice and invitation of Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. In the early stages of nubuwwah when there were no helpers or assistants nor armies or soldiers, Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam did not care about his life or honour in spreading the smallest of matters and would openly declare on the face of those whose defamation was brought by Jibril ‘alayh al Salam from Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala. And at the end, when thousands of people became Muslim and hundreds of thousands were at his disposal and the kings of the world were shivering, then Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam fears Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu to such an extent that he does not mention a word about him to anyone notwithstanding his hypocrisy and disbelief. He only told Sayyidina Hudhayfah radiya Llahu ‘anhu something secretly behind closed doors and told no one else. Forget telling people, he never ever separated Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu from his blessed company and continued taking his advice and counsel and included him among those concerning whom Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala declared:

 

وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِی الْاَمْرِ

Consult them in the matter.[7]

 

If the Shia claim that it was not Allah’s subhanahu wa ta ‘ala command for this to be exposed then peace be upon that God who fears Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu that he does not expose such an important matter due to the fear of one man and emphasises on Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam to keep quiet about it. If someone thinks that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam thought that people will not believe him but will turn away if his kufr and hypocrisy is exposed, then we do not accept this since Rasulullah’s salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam mission is to convey every single thing whether the ummah accepts or not. If Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam had to declare and make everyone aware of Sayyidina ‘Umar’s radiya Llahu ‘anhu kufr and hypocrisy, then his job was done. And if Sayyidina ‘Umar radiya Llahu ‘anhu did not accept, then this would prove his misguidance. These virtues concerning the day of Sayyidina ‘Umar’s radiya Llahu ‘anhu demise which Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam told Sayyidina Hudhayfah radiya Llahu ‘anhu are such that Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam ought to gather all the Sahabah radiya Llahu ‘anhum and ascend the pulpit and deliver a lecture like the lecture at Ghadir Khum and hold Sayyidina ‘Umar’s radiya Llahu ‘anhu hand telling the people, “This man is a kafir and hypocrite and the Pharaoh of my Ahlul Bayt, thus recognise him properly. He will oppress my Ahlul Bayt, hold the whip of oppression and tyranny and usurp the right of my brother, ‘Ali,. Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala has mentioned these virtues regarding the day of his demise.” Had Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam done this, he would have fulfilled the responsibility of conveying. Glory be to Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala! Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam mentions such small things openly and Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala reveals verses mentioning a small hypocrite to defame and expose him while on the other hand Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala does not reveal one verse regarding the tyrant and hypocrite ‘Umar (May Allah forbid) and Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam does not speak a word. Disgrace over such warped intellect and shame upon such filthy beliefs neither the principles nor the divisions of which are sound.

شرم بایدت از خدا و رسول

نے فروعت محکم آمد نے اصول

Neither the principles nor the divisions are sound

Shame on this from Allah and Rasul
