Hadith 80
الويل لظالمي أهل بيتي، عذابهم مع المنافقين في الدرك الأسفل من النار.
Complete and utter destruction for the oppressors of my Ahlul Bayt (Family of the House); their punishment will be with the munafiqin (hypocrites) in the lowest depths of the Fire.
Ibn al Maghazili narrates — from ‘Abdullah ibn Ahmed ibn ‘Amir al Taʾi — my father narrated to us — Ahmed ibn ‘Amir narrated to us — ‘Ali ibn Musa al Rida narrated to us — my father, Musa ibn Jafar narrated to me — my father, Jafar ibn Muhammad narrated to me — my father, Muhammad ibn ‘Ali narrated to me — my father, ‘Ali ibn Hussain narrated to me — my father, Hussain ibn ‘Ali narrated to me — my father, ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib narrated to me, “The Messenger of Allah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said…”[1]
This hadith is batil (false). Al Dhahabi says: “‘Abdullah ibn Ahmed ‘Amir narrates from his father — from ‘Ali al Rida — from his forefathers that false fabricated hadith. He (i.e ‘Abdullah ibn Ahmed ‘Amir) fabricated it or his father. Hassan ibn ‘Ali al Zuhri says that he (i.e. ‘Abdullah ibn Ahmed ‘Amir) was illiterate and he was not satisfactory (in hadith).”[2]
