Hadith 19
إني وإياك وهذا النائم يعني عليا وهما يعني الحسن والحسين لفي مكان واحد يوم القيامة.
Verily me, you (referring to Fatimah), this person sleeping (i.e. ‘Ali), and those two (referring to Hassan and Hussain) will be in one place (together) on the Day of Judgement.
This hadith has been transmitted from Abu Sa’id and ‘Ali radiya Llahu ‘anhuma.
The hadith of Abu Sa’id has been narrated by al Tabarani and al Hakim with a Hassan (fair) chain from Abu Sa’id al Khudri radiya Llahu ‘anhu. The Prophet salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam entered (the presence of) Fatimah radiya Llahu ‘anha and said (the above hadith).[1]
Al Hakim authenticated the hadith, and al Dhahabi concurred. Al Albani (also) mentioned this hadith in his work on authentic ahadith.[2]
The remaining chains of transmission have been mentioned in the original work. None of them are authentic.
