- Al Bukhari comments, “There is scepticism about him.”[1]
- Al Bukhari also states, “He has manaki”[2]
- Abu Zur’ah says, “Munkar al hadi”
- Al Jawzjani remarks, “ Insults the chosen.”[3]
- Al Nasa’i comments, “He is not qawi (reliable).”[4]
- Al Daraqutni made similar comments.[5]
